Customer Service Supervisor (Air Import) @SamutPrakan (25K-40K) (SDG-8280) <Job Responsibilities> Handle and control Import shipment by air cargo Providing help and advice to customer on company’s products & services Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail, letter and face to face Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers Investigating and solving customer’s problems, which may be complicated or long-standing problems that have been passed Control advances of routine operations, especially inspection costs & other fees Workplace Area: ARL Suvarnabhumi, Samutprakarn Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon - Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–40,000THB About the company Products: 1. <Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Female, age 32-37 years old Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years’ experience with Forwarding agent in air import cargo Good knowledge about Customs and Privilege relate Excellent English skill [reading, listening, write, speaking] High responsibility and service mind Able to work flexible hours [case by case] Live close to Suvarnbhumi airport <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: None
