<Job Responsibilities> - Overseeing import and export operations, including documentation - Providing value-added business solutions to customers through strong business knowledge, process understanding, and a customer-centric approach - Maintaining effective communication with clients, carriers, agents, suppliers, and the team to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely resolution of issues - Preparing accurate and timely shipping and order processing - Creating invoices and updating charges accurately - Communicating effectively with internal teams, overseas group companies, and other departments for smooth operations - Executing reports and other tasks assigned by the team manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any field - At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service in the logistics industry. - English conversational middle level (Communication with clients, e-mail and documents) - Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email - Strong knowledge of export and import operations and all related documents (import/export processes, shipping, customs clearance, FTA, BL, etc.) <Indetails> - Positive attitude and self-motivated - Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills < Preferred skills> - Experiences in ground transportation logistics - Positive attitude and self-motivated - Good interpersonal communication, negotiations, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
