Customer Service (Sale Coordinator) (23K-30K) (SDG-28631) <Job Responsibilities> Issue price quotation Receive P/O from customer and reply acknowledgment of receiving Manage the stock (restock, buffer stock) of current products Issue purchasing order sheet to supplier Issue Delivery Order to Transport Service Provider Arrange messenger to deliver document Information Service to customer about delivery date Cooperate with Accounting Department when receive invoice from Supplier Arrange dispatching of samples to Oversea colleague Manage data of import shipment Arrange Oversea import shipment by cooperating with shipping agent Apply approval , permission with Government or Thai authority for matter of Halal , FDA , Hazardous goods, Foreigner trade affair, agriculture Arrange import clearing of sample via Courier from Oversea by cooperating with Courier company (DHL, FEDEX)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old Bachelor's degree in BA or any related fields. 1 year experience in sale coordinator or admin Proficient in MS office Good command in English <Preferable Skill / Experience> Knowledge in shipping and logistic documents.
