Customer Service (Oversea) (17K–18K) (SDG-61058) ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (ต่างประเทศ) <Job Responsibilities> - Forecast management and analysis the material stock preparation for client - Coordinate with production team in both Thailand and International to follow up the process for client to finish with in lead time as requested - Responsible for key client order and match with company product code in the system - Prepare related data report to Managers. - Responsible for maintain good relationship with buyer - Coordinate with internal department (Sales Team) - Other tasks as assign by Management <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/ Female 22 - 25 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or General Management only - Welcome new graduate - Good command of English ( to communicate oversea (Singapore , Malaysia , etc.and communicate with Japanese ) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - TOEIC score Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Thonglor or MRT Phetchaburi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday- Friday) About the Benefits Salary: 17,000–18,000THB About the company Products: ,the world leading zippers, hows various products sush as Slide Fasteners, Quicklon, Joylon, Rail Bewlt Adjuster,Ball Chain, Metal Notions,Plastic Notions and Tape Notion. ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (ต่างประเทศ) (17K – 18K) (SDG-61058) ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (ต่างประเทศ) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - การจัดการการคาดการณ์และการวิเคราะห์การเตรียมสต็อกวัสดุสำหรับลูกค้า - ประสานงานกับทีมผลิตทั้งในไทยและต่างประเทศเพื่อติดตามกระบวนการให้ลูกค้าเสร็จสิ้นในเวลารอคอยตามที่ร้องขอ - รับผิดชอบคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้ารายสำคัญและตรงกับรหัสผลิตภัณฑ์ของ บริษัท ในระบบ - จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องให้กับผู้จัดการ - รับผิดชอบในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้ซื้อ - ประสานงานกับแผนกภายใน (Sales Team) - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 22-25 ปี - ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจการตลาดเศรษฐกิจหรือการจัดการทั่วไปเท่านั้น - ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ในการสื่อสารต่างประเทศ (สิงคโปร์มาเลเซีย ฯลฯ และสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - คะแนน TOEIC ทักษะภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS ทองหล่อหรือ MRT เพชรบุรีกรุงเทพฯ เวลาทำการ: 8: 30-17: 30 น.
