Customer Service (New Graduate) (18K–20K) (SDG-102679) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่) <Job responsibilities> ・Mainly taking care of customer ・Collect product feedback from customer ・Coordinate with the production team in both Thailand and International to follow up the process for client to finish with in lead time as requested ・Prepare related data report to Managers. ・Responsible for maintain good relationship with buyer ・Coordinate with internal department (Sales Team) ・Other tasks as assign by Management <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・ดูแลลูกค้าเป็นหลัก ・รวบรวมคำติชมผลิตภัณฑ์จากลูกค้า ・ประสานงานกับทีมผู้ผลิตทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศเพื่อติดตามกระบวนการให้ลูกค้าดำเนินการให้เสร็จสิ้นภายในระยะเวลาตามที่ร้องขอ ・จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องให้กับผู้จัดการ ・รับผิดชอบในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับผู้ซื้อ ・ประสานงานกับแผนกภายใน (ทีมขาย) ・งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
