Job Description

Customer Service Manager (Export) @ Ayutthaya (50K-65K) (SDG-23882)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Maintain Morale, training, leading and motivating of subordinates in support of orders and overall troubleshooting of daily jobs issues.
	Create and conduct of annual, quarterly monthly and weekly work plans
	Determine staffing level needs; prepare cost justification analysis
	Document job descriptions; set requirements for skills in each work-cell; select/train team leaders
	Manage operational and resolve operational issues, and provide direct input on the strategy of division


Workplace Area: Amphur U-Thai, Ayutthaya 
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
	Bachelor’s degree
	Minimum 5 years’ experience in export
	3 years' in management or leading customer service teams (export, SEA freight)
	English communicational level
	Proficient in excel, email, internet and data base management
	Strong leadership qualities with ability to coach
