Customer Service Manager (Export) (55K–65K) (SDG-100921) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (ส่งออก) <Job responsibilities> Manage customer orders from start of receiving order to finish delivery Manage and support the team members ・Get order from customer and update the schedule ・Be responsible for Material Control and be in charge of both domestic and international ・Inventory Control and manage delivery schedule by contacting overseas brunch and supplier ・Prepare PO and issue invoice ・Request shipment to supplier or warehouse (Ocean, Air, Truck) ・Check the documents related to import customs clearance or import entry ・Get clients' information such like production trends if necessary ・Gather quotation from logistics company about delivery cost ・Check and manage the stock according to order forecast ・Manage the team members ・Troubleshooting for the team ・Report weekly/monthly to report line ・Other tasks assigned by Manager <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> จัดการคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าตั้งแต่เริ่มรับคำสั่งซื้อจนเสร็จสิ้นการจัดส่ง จัดการและสนับสนุนสมาชิกในทีม ・รับคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าและอัปเดตกำหนดการ ・รับผิดชอบการควบคุมวัสดุและรับผิดชอบทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ・ควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังและจัดการกำหนดการส่งมอบโดยติดต่อกับสาขาอื่นและซัพพลายเออร์ในต่างประเทศ ・จัดทำ PO และออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ・ขอจัดส่งไปยังซัพพลายเออร์หรือคลังสินค้า (ทางทะเล อากาศ รถบรรทุก) ・ตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิธีการศุลกากรนำเข้าหรือรายการนำเข้า ・รับข้อมูลของลูกค้า เช่น แนวโน้มการผลิต หากจำเป็น ・รวบรวมใบเสนอราคาจากบริษัทโลจิสติกส์เกี่ยวกับค่าจัดส่ง ・ตรวจสอบและจัดการสต็อกตามการคาดการณ์คำสั่งซื้อ ・จัดการสมาชิกในทีม ・การแก้ไขปัญหาสำหรับทีมงาน ・รายงานรายสัปดาห์/รายเดือนไปยังสายรายงาน ・งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
Job Requirement
