Job Description

Customer Service Manager (Air Import) @Suvarnabhumi airport (50K-80K) (SDG-23786)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Leading and supervising a team of customer service staffs
	Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
	Analyzing statistics and prepare reports to determine the level of customer service organization is providing
	Improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards for company or division
	Meeting with branch manager to discuss possible improvements to customer service
	Involvement in staff recruitment and appraisals (Annual PMR)
	Motivating the team, to make sure they abide by all company policies and procedures.

Workplace Area: ARL Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri)
