Customer Service Manager (Air Import) @Suvarnabhumi airport (50K-80K) (SDG-23786) <Job Responsibilities> Leading and supervising a team of customer service staffs Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis Analyzing statistics and prepare reports to determine the level of customer service organization is providing Improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards for company or division Meeting with branch manager to discuss possible improvements to customer service Involvement in staff recruitment and appraisals (Annual PMR) Motivating the team, to make sure they abide by all company policies and procedures.
