Customer Service Management @Pathumthani (15K-18K) (SDG-40046) <Job Responsibilities> Arrange administrative tasks to support the Sales department to enhance Sales effectiveness Receive and answer customer inquiries from incoming call form customer Prepare sales document e.g. quotation, order confirmation and shipment Reply and acknowledge E-mail inquiries from customer Track shipment and delivery to ensure fast delivery system Coordinate with warehouse and courier in shipment issues Support customers and sales engineer request
Job Requirement
