<Number of employees : Total : 600 Local : 595 Japanese : 4-5> <Report Line : Japanese Manager, Male> <Team Member: Plan 10 person> <Number of Subordinates: None> <Products: Electronic parts and Semiconductor > <Clients: Electronic Industry, Automotive Industry > <Saturday Working: None> <Job Responsibilities> - Work with Sale and Sale coordinate team. - Handle with customer and internal about delivery. - Controlling and Analyse deliveries problems with customer and vendor ( in some cases, need to use Japanese) - Support customer requirements. - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese manager ※Training time plan to go both factories as below. ・Amatanakon factory 1or2 days per week ・Samut prakan factory 3or4 days per week Company bus have between both factory morning and evening.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Sales Coordinator in manufacturing business - Business level of Japanese (Must have JLPT N2) - Conversational low level of English - Good MS Office Excel (formula : Vlookup, pivot table, sumif, sumproduct, etc.) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have working experience in Electronic industry
