Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Answering questions and inquiry about service products procedure of opening an account from both incoming phone call and in person clients

Ø  Support Relationship managers in all customer-centric activities such as seminar

Ø  Create report for investors

Ø  Other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

[Must]                                                     

Ø  Thai nationality, male, age 25-45 years old

Ø  Bachelor degree in any related fields

Ø  At least 1-2 years’ experience in financial industry

Ø  Willing to learn financial and technical terms quickly

Ø  Knowledge in finance & security

Ø  Service mind and client-oriented person

Ø  Job hopper will not be accepted.

 

Preferable:

Ø  Experience in Finance industry

 

Languages skills

English: Business Level

Japanese: Business Level (N2 up)

 

 

 

Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
