1. Customer Service Part
- Coordinate with Japanese customers regarding requirements, documents, and schedules.
- Support Thai team and Japanese clients through documents or on-site interpreting.
- Conduct customer or site visits to listen and follow up with customers' needs and situations.
- Provide updates to customers about shipment status or additional document requirements.
- Assist in resolving any immediate issues that arise during transportation.
- Assist in customs clearance or delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Propose service improvement suggestions based on experience.
- Enhance coordination efficiency and service quality.
- Provide customer service for forwarding operations and warehouse-related matters.
2. Coordinator Part
- Primary contact point connecting Japanese customers with internal departments.
- Oversee the import process by coordinating with the Shipping team.
- Verify vessel schedules, customs procedures, and delivery arrangements.
- Monitor import status to ensure shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to relay customer requirements, updates, and requests.
- Manage import-related documentation and forwarding paperwork to the logistics team.
- Negotiate price adjustments with subcontractors and shipping companies when necessary.
- Support business development efforts by identifying and approaching new potential
3. Other tasks as assigned by the Report Line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Japanese Language, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Import-Export, Sales Support from Logistics or Warehouse
- Conversational High Level in Japanese with JLPT N2
(Communicate with Japanese customers)
- Conversational Middle Level in English
(Communicate internally, documents, and some reports)
- Able to negotiate price adjustments against subcontractor and shipping company
- Able to travel to customer sites and the company's branches occasionally
- Holds a Driving License
