Customer Service (Japanese Speaking) (25K–40K) (SDG-114518) <Job responsibilities> - Contact customers, and Coordinate with Sales TEAM, companies, and affiliated factories. - Send quotations, receive orders, and place orders into the Internal system. - Plan manage delivery dates and track delivery dates. - Responsible for issuing various documents. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 23 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any related field - At least 1-3 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or related back-office staff - Able to Use Excel - Business level of Japanese, JLPT N2 up (for communicating with Japanese clients by phone and email) - Conversational High level in English (for communicating with clients and writing documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience for Japanese company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Business Level Workplace Area: MRT Silom Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Monday-Friday, Working Hybrid (WFH 2-3 days/week, depends on team's calendar)) About the Benefits 25,000–40,000THB About the company Product & Service: Precious Metals Materials, Electronic Mechanical Materials Business Type: Steel / Metal;
