Customer Service (IT) (20K–25K) (SDG-118739) <Job responsibilities> - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. - Provide information to customers about services / GPS Tracking - Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. - Coordinate with technical team - Support documents for the technical service team - Ability to arrange a training for customers - other tasks as assigned
