Job Description

Customer Service (IT) (20K–25K) (SDG-118739)

<Job responsibilities>
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide information to customers about services / GPS Tracking
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Coordinate with technical team
- Support documents for the technical service team
- Ability to arrange a training for customers
- other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Have Experience in IT industry.
- Conversational basics in English to use email
- Good and clear communication skill.
- Have a pleasant Personality, friendly and good service mind.
- Fast learning ability.
- Ability to work as a team, Have good coordinating skill, to work harmony with co-workers.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work overtime and as shift and on Saturday & Sunday or public holidays.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in business computer in any related field
