Customer Service (IT) (20K–25K) (SDG-114454) <Job responsibilities> - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. - Provide information to customers about Services / GPS Tracking - Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. - Coordinate with technical TEAM - Support documents for technical service TEAM - Ability to Arrange a Training for customers - Other tasks as assigned
