Customer Service Import Manager @Chonburi

Work outline: In charge of Customer Service, manage a team, handle complaint’s case

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Plan and manage over all, control customer service import team

Ø  Coordinate with Liner, suppliers, Agent of liner, Custom formalities and service negotiation SEA forwarder

Ø  Providing help and advice to customers on company’s products & services

Ø  Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail, letter and face to face

Ø  Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

Ø  Investigating and solving customer’s problems, which may be complicated or long-standing problems that have been passed

Ø  Control advances of routine operations, especially inspection costs & other fees

 

Qualifications:

[Must]                                                     

Ø  Thai  Nationality , Male/Female , age  35-45 years  old

Ø  Bachelor's degree in Logistics

Ø  At least 5 years of working experience in Customer Service Import

Ø  Management Skill

Ø  Service Mind and excellent in details

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversation level

Japanese: None   

 

 

Workplace Area: Chonburi (Lam Cha Bang)

Working Hour: Monday – Friday [8:30 – 17.30]
