Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to customers and the Sales team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and coordinating matters related to sales orders, deliveries, and other important issues via phone and email - Communicate with the Factory and overseas clients (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines) - Process sales orders accurately and handle all related documentation, including import-export and incoterm related documents - Perform sales administration and sales support duties assigned by the Sales team - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, profiles, filing systems, and documentation - Carry out general administrative duties to support sales and business operations - Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of company operations
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Logistics & Supply chain - At least 1 year experience in customer service, sales support, logistic, import-export from manufacturing or trading company or Fresh Graduate with Direct Internship experience can try *Trancript is required for Fresh Graduate - Conversation High level in English (To communicate with oversea factory and clients) <In details> - Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel - Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset - Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team under high-pressure situations - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience from Packaging, Plastics or Chemicals fields - Knowledge of incoterms - Analytical skills are an advantage - Knowledge of Importing and/or exporting - Early join or Immediately join candidate
