Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to customers and the Sales team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and coordinating matters related to sales orders, deliveries, and other important issues via phone and email. - Communicate with Factory and oversea clients (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines) - Process sales orders accurately and handle all related documentation, including import-export and incoterm related documents. - Perform sales administration and sales support duties assigned by the Sales team. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, profiles, filing systems, and documentation. - Carry out general administrative duties to support daily sales and business operations. - Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of company operations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year experience in customer service, sales support,logistic, import-export from manufacturing or trading company - Fresh Grad from Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Logistics & Supply chain, are welcome with direct internship experiences (Please attached transcript for consideration) - Conversation High level in English (To communicate with oversea factory and clients) - Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel <In detail> - Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset. - Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team under high-pressure situations. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience from Packaging, Plastics or Chemicals fiedls - Knowledge of incoterms - Analytical skills are an advantage. - Knowledge of Importing and/ or exporting - Early join or Immediately join candidate
