Customer Service (Export) @ Rayong (20K-37K) (SDG-22902) <Job Responsibilities> Receive order from oversea customer Input order into SAP Cooperate with planning team for new order Negotiate with oversea customer then cooperate back to Planning team Control complain and claim from oversea customer and perform leadership for internal countermeasure Clear claim expense to Account team Control new product/new project from oversea customer and perform leadership to kick off Follow up each concerned on new product/new project activity until mass production Workplace Area: Amata City, Rayong Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–37,000THB About the company Products: Lubricants for Automotive industry, other manufacturing industry Business Type: Other Chemicals / Materials;
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Female, age 23-30 years old Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years experience as a customer service or sales support. Experience in dealing with overseas customer will be highly advantage. Able to deal with PO/Invoice and other sales related documents. Able to communicate English (Advanced conversation - middle). Able to use SAP will be advantage Microsoft (Excel skill such Pivot, Vlookup and general formulation) <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None
