Work Outline: Responsible for overall sea freight export documentation and coordination
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide necessary document for exportation
Communicate with client and ensure release of the freight from ocean carrier.
Serve as a liaison between Document Processing and customer regarding all shipment details
Answer all customer inquiries in accordance with the Customer Service Policy standards
Solve problem for customer when they have problem about sea freight export or some documentation
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 1 years’ experience in CS (Export/Import)
Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Ability to work overtime approximately 2-3 hours per day (paid)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in logistics company
Great command of computer program related logistic industry is a plus
Able to work overtime for 2-3 hours everyday
Experience in freight forwarder, logistics industry
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) * work on Saturday 2 times/ month

Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 THB negotiable
