<Job Description> ・Get an order from the customer and update the schedule ・Be responsible for Inventory Control and in charge of both domestic and international ・Inventory Control and manage the delivery schedule by contacting overseas branches and suppliers ・Prepare PO and issue invoice ・Request shipment to supplier or warehouse (Ocean, Air, Truck) ・Check the documents related to Export customs clearance or Export entry ・Report weekly/monthly to the report line ・Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of experience in customer service of Inventory control in a trading or manufacturing company - At least 2 years of experience in managing import/export documents and processes - Conversational high level of English (TOEIC score 750) - Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook Email, Excel Vlookup/PivotTable/Xlookup) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in a trading company and an automobile company is an advantage ・Experience in Export entry is an advantage
