Job Description
<Job Objective/Expectation> To provide effective sales coordination and administrative support, processing, documentation, timely delivery, and efficient coordination with customers, forwarders, customs, and the warehouse to support business operations. <Job Responsibilities> - To provide sales and administrative support daily (issue PO, send forecast, etc.) - To coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required - To liaise with customers for delivery arrangements & requirements - To liaise with the warehouse for both inbound & outbound shipments and transportation - To coordinate with the Forwarders and customs clearance, both import & export - To monitor inventory and payment issues - To document filing for all necessary permits - To support the control document AR & AP - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field - At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service or Sales Coordinator from related field industry - Experience in Sales, customer service documentation, shipping documents, and monitoring end-to-end process - Experience in preparing a document to support an AP/AR Accounting Team - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Singapore Report Line and Foreign customers, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Oracle <In details> - Able to work independently and be a good team player - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - High responsibility <Preferable skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in working with Foreign customers and the team
