Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with customers mainly via email regarding delivery schedules, product requirements, and order status
- Monitor and control the delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery
- Handle import coordination of PCB from overseas suppliers (China and Vietnam)
- Liaise with internal departments such as warehouse, logistics, and production to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation related to sales orders and shipments
- Follow up with customers for forecast, purchase orders, and delivery instructions
- Assist in solving any delivery-related issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support basic sales activities if needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 4 years as Sales Coordinator, Customer service from trading company (Electronic or Automotive)
- Conversation High level in English (use for e-mail with internal parties and Chinese / Vietnam supplier)
- Delivery Control experiences
- Experiences in direct communicate with client and supplier
- Able to join immediately
