Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle customer inquiries regarding products, accounts, and services - Prepare and manage quotations, orders, pricing, and service schedules - Coordinate service appointments and daily schedules for service engineers - Resolve customer complaints, pricing discrepancies, and service-related issues - Maintain and update customer records and service documentation - Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations - Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports - Support internal/external seminars and administrative tasks for the service department - Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Experience 1 – 2 years in customer service, sales, quotation, and pricing management in manufacturing. - English conversational middle level (Communication with internal and documents) - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. < Preferred skills> - Expertise in Outlook mail, Excel and ERP systems will be advantage
