Customer service & BOI (20K-30K) (SDG-39920) <Job Responsibilities> BOI Support & Coordinate to create BOI Resister documentary for NEW department. Import & Export clearance process and recheck import & export entry document Confirm part name when receive data BOI with customer & supplier Contact with shipping about the relevant BOI process Contact with BOI and Investor Club about import & export in Import Online System or BOI System Prepare document to send to BOI Customer service Coordinate with Shipping department Control of the registration for the import and export Contact with customs & customer Control daily operation for customs clearance and delivery Communicate with overseas agent
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Female, age 25-30 years old Bachelor’s Degree At least 3 years’ experience as customer service Have basic knowledge of BOI Have experience working in Japanese company Understand well of shipping processes Good analytical and problem solving skills Good command of English both written and spoken Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office <Preferable Skill / Experience> Able to start working immediately Experience in Automotive company or trading Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi , Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30((Mon-Fri)) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–30,000THB About the company Products: Automotive parts, Electronics parts Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts
