Customer Service (Rama3) (20K–30K) (SDG-110307) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (พระราม 3) <Job responsibilities> • Prepare the necessary customs documentation related to import and export procedures. • Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs departments, and other relevant agencies. • Check import and export tax rates. • Verify import and export conditions, such as licenses, to ensure compliance with customs department regulations. • Coordinate and supervise outsourcing companies to ensure timely delivery of goods. • Review costs associated with importing goods. • Coordinate with the accounting department and other related departments. • Perform other tasks as assigned. <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • เตรียมเอกสารศุลกากรที่จำเป็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับขั้นตอนการนำเข้าและส่งออก • ประสานงานกับบริษัทเดินเรือ บริษัทขนส่ง สายการเดินเรือ กรมศุลกากร และหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง • ตรวจสอบอัตราภาษีนำเข้าและส่งออก • ตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขการนำเข้าและส่งออก เช่น ใบอนุญาต เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบของกรมศุลกากร • ประสานงานและกำกับดูแลบริษัทรับจ้างภายนอกให้มั่นใจว่ามีการส่งมอบสินค้าตรงเวลา • ทบทวนต้นทุนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้าสินค้า • ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี และฝ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง • ดำเนินการงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย
Job Requirement
