Customer Service (20K–30K) (SDG-97852) เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า <Job Responsibilities> - Providing support to Sales team and customers to develop customer’s satisfaction - Handle related documents (import/export) and process sales order daily - Coordinate with customer by phone & email regarding important matters - Handle stock control - Maintain, file, keep records and manage customer profiles - Others assigned job <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ให้การสนับสนุนทีมขายและลูกค้าเพื่อพัฒนาความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า - จัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง (นำเข้า/ส่งออก) และดำเนินการใบสั่งขายรายวัน - ประสานงานกับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล์เกี่ยวกับเรื่องสำคัญต่างๆ - ควบคุมสต๊อกสินค้า - ดูแลรักษา จัดเก็บ บันทึก และจัดการโปรไฟล์ลูกค้า - อื่นๆ งานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
