Work outline: Support customers and sales engineer for logistic and CS, especially via phone
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Customer Sales Support
Ø Support customers and sales engineers
Ø Receive phone calls from customers and sales engineers
Ø Create quotations, receive POs
Ø Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
Ø Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
Ø Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
Ø Able to stay late until 7-8pm (OT) around 2-3 days per week
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 22-23 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business English, or other related fields
Ø More than 1 year of sales support experience will be an advantage
Ø Background as a sales support from logistics field is a plus
Ø Exp. in trading or sales office company
Ø Good command of English skill in order to communicate with Japanese Manager and coworkers, handle English documents, etc.
Ø Strong self-motivated and energetic person
Ø Excellent interpersonal skill
Ø Detail oriented
Ø Willing to work hard and flexible / Able to stay late at night (7pm-8pm, 2-3 days per week)
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge of Pivot, Vlookup will be an advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Phetchaburi Rd. / Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 08:15 – 17:15 (Work twice Saturday a quarter)
About the Benefit
