Responsibility:
•As CRM (Customer Relationship Management), listen to customers’ voice and utilize them to make the website better
•Manage customer service for E-Commerce
•Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
•Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
•Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
•Working condition is office setting with intensive computer use
Qualification:
•Male / Female with Thai nationality, Age between 26-30 years old
•Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
•Minimum 3 years of experience in proven CRM skills to develop and drive customer service
•Customer service orientation and ability to work under tight timeline and manage workload well
•Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, with logical thinking
•Able to communicate in English; speaking & writing
Language Skill:
*English in Business Level

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (9.00 – 18.30)
About the Benefit
Salary: 32,500-60,000 THB/ Month
