Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Review all customer requirements and completely implement them in the product and process. - Qualify product, Process, and Material to ensure product quality in the Mass production stage. - Design, create, implement, monitor, and improve the Control Plan - Handle Customer complaints and Customer audits - Monitor and improve DPPM (Defective Parts Per Million) and LRR% (Lot Reject Rate) at OQA (Outgoing Quality Audit) - Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to control critical parameters of products - Find out the defective escape cause and take action - Provide a Quality report as the customer's request - Support Customer activities related to Quality improvement. - Submit a 4M Change request to the customer - Perform process audit to ensure all corrective actions - Qualify new product introduction, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), process to ensure product quality in Prototype and PV sample stage. - Lead team to create Failure Modes and Effects Analysis - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in engineering: Industrial, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Material, Control, Instrument, and Chemical Engineering. - At least 2-4 years' experience as a Customer Quality Engineer, Quality Engineer, or QA in the electronics or automotive industry. - Conversational, High level of English (For documents and contact with overseas clients via Email ) - Able to take Business trips (abroad) 1-2 times/year (Asia or Europe, depending on clients) - Have working experience in PPAP and APQP - Strong analytical and communication skills - Good relationship, highly responsible, and willing to work under pressure. - Good communication skills and cooperative. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - TOEIC Score is 500+ with a certificate - Join immediately
