Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To review and determine the correct customs tariff classification (HS Code) according to product types - To ensure accurate duty rates and related control measures - To provide HS classification consultation to customers and relevant departments - To verify all customs-related import and export documentation - To include entry forms, invoices, packing lists, and other required supporting documents - To process the application of customs privileges such as BOI, FTA Forms, and Section 29 - To do Duty Compensation, supporting both customers and internal departments - To coordinate with customs brokers, the Customs Department, and other government authorities - To resolve issues and follow up on the status of customs procedures - To control operations in full compliance with customs laws, regulations, and government requirements. - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field. - At least 2 years of Experience in Customs, Import-Export, or Shipping Operations in Logistics field - Experience in customs laws, HS Code classification, e-Customs, BOI, FTA Forms, or Section 29 - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate directly with the Chinese managing Director, emails, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel - Proficiency in the National Single Window (NSW) system - Holds Possession of a Customs Specialist Certificate issued by the Thai Customs Department. <In Details> - Problem-solving ability - Strong coordination skills - High responsibility and capability to work well under pressure. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Chinese Company - Experience in keying in Air import/export documents - Able to speak and write in Mandarin or Chinese
