Work outline: Be responsible for custom clearance and customer support
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Regularly contact to client in order to coordinate all shipping and schedule between them and outsourced logistic company
Ø Receive, review, and process import documentation including all entry types prepared according to regulatory requirements and customer commitments
Ø Provide updates and communications for external customers to produce timely and compliant customs transactions.
Ø Assist in work stream development of new accounts including reviewing all documentation and forms, maintaining communications with clients, reviewing their import process on a regular basis, and maintaining client profiles and databases.
Ø Identify and complete transaction tasks that require special handling or expediting to produce compliant customs entry processing.
Ø Visit person in charge of client such as purchasing section or warehouse section to build a good relationship with them
Ø Other task might be assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 23 - 35 years old
Ø Bachelor's degree in any related fields
Ø At least 2-3 years working experience as import & export or logistic officer to handle custom clearance
Ø Have good PC skill (word, excel)
Ø Have a strong responsibility
Preferable:
Ø Have Shipping Card
Ø Have Customs Specialist License (High advantage)

English: Daily Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 THB Base
