Customer Service officer (Import - Export) (20K-25K) (SDG-79931) เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า (นำเข้า-ส่งออก) <Job Responsibilities> - All necessary actions in related with Sea / Air both of import and export shipment including domestic transport. - Contact and co-ordinate the overseas, sub-contractor and customers to follow up the shipment (Import and export) for completely meet to the target. - Billing job to the customers. - Any others as per the Header assignment. <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Female, 24-30 years old - Bachelor’s degree - At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in shipping, customer service on freight forwarder business - Sea / Air import and export experiences. - Good - Fair command of English communication in listening, spoken, reading and written skills - Have computer skill, hardworking and patience - Have serviced mind and able to work under pressure. - Good Attitude, positive interpersonal skill, well-organized and able to work as teamwork. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Freight Forwarder field Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat: none), WIO100%) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–25,000THB About the company Product & Service: A comprehensive distribution system, distribution processing Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing
