Credit Check Management / Analysis (Construction) (40K–80K) (SDG-98599) เจ้าหน้าที่การจัดการ / วิเคราะห์การตรวจสอบสินเชื่อ (ก่อสร้าง) <Job responsibilities> - Monitor & Manage all credit check/inspection & administration processes to ensure the completeness, efficiency, and timeliness - Analyze financial status of clients, sub-cons, suppliers and/or vendors for determine create credit limit and credit term - ensure that payment transactions are processed and settled as scheduled and in line with cash projection Plan, Identify variances and seek for improvement via through the internal account team. - Perform credit evaluation report for the internal approval process - Gathering and providing the necessary support data to the decision-maker - Assessing the credit worthiness of corporate clients, sub-cons, suppliers and/or vedoers by analyzing financial data, their business background or relevant data - Other duties assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ติดตามและจัดการกระบวนการตรวจสอบ/ตรวจสอบและบริหารสินเชื่อทั้งหมดให้มีความครบถ้วน มีประสิทธิภาพ และทันเวลา - วิเคราะห์สถานะทางการเงินของลูกค้า ผู้รับเหมา ผู้จัดหา และ/หรือผู้ขาย เพื่อกำหนดวงเงินสินเชื่อและเงื่อนไขเครดิต - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าธุรกรรมการชำระเงินได้รับการประมวลผลและชำระตามกำหนดเวลาและสอดคล้องกับแผนการประมาณการเงินสด ระบุผลต่างและค้นหาการปรับปรุงผ่านทางทีมงานบัญชีภายใน - จัดทำรายงานการประเมินเครดิตสำหรับกระบวนการอนุมัติภายใน - การรวบรวมและให้ข้อมูลสนับสนุนที่จำเป็นแก่ผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจ - การประเมินความคุ้มค่าด้านเครดิตของลูกค้าองค์กร ผู้รับเหมาย่อย ผู้จัดหา และ/หรือผู้ดำเนินการ โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงิน ภูมิหลังทางธุรกิจ หรือข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - More than 5 years experience as Credit investigation work and/or Credit Management/Analyst in any industry - Conversational high level of English (for internal communications) - Person who are able to work independently <Preferable Skill / Experience > - working experience in Bank/financial industry - TOEIC 700 (will be advantage).
