Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage credit analysis teams.
- Set credit approval policies.
- Establish policies and plans for controlling NPL (Non-Performing Loans).
- Extensive experience in credit or banking management.
- Background in the sugar manufacturing industry.
- Possess a positive mindset with the ability to develop and motivate teams effectively.
- Skilled in negotiation and communication to minimize company risks.
- Coordinate with legal teams for debt collection and litigation processes.
- Review legal case documentation.
- Monitor debt repayment outcomes for legal cases.
- Prepare reports on legal proceedings and case progress for the company.
- Review and report all debtor contract documents to the company.
- Inspect seasonal contract templates.
- Verify system data entries (collateral information recording).
- Possesses strong legal knowledge related to credit and debt collection.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments and organizations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Credit Management, or related fields.
- Experience in setting credit approval and NPL control policies.
- At least 5 years' experience in both the credit assessment and collection fields
- Strong leadership and management skills(at least in a manager position for more than 3 years)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of credit-related legal matters.
- Proven ability to manage credit analysis teams effectively.
- Positive mindset with team development abilities.
- Experience in coordinating with legal teams for debt collection and litigation preparation.
- Ability to prepare debtor litigation reports for management review.
- Proficient in reviewing seasonal contract templates.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in the sugar manufacturing business.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Have working experience in a Public Company
