Duties & Responsibilities:
Catch the needs of customers as counter staff in the store
Suggest the current tour to customers and create new tour
Handle overall sales functions, especially maintaining relationship with existing customers
Reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services
Understanding the customer’s requirements and then customizing the product as per their needs
Maintaining relationship with all customers as counter staff
Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to customers
Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
Identifying and resolving complaints, needs, issues
Leading team to hit their own target and team sales target by motivating them
Other tasks assigned by Manager
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
Male and Female, Thai Nationality, Age 24-33
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
PC Skill (MS Office)
Sales experience in any Travel agency
English Advanced conversation level
Have much passion and ambitious to be successful in travel business
PREFER
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well under pressure
Japanese language skill will be big advantage
Languages skills:
ENGLISH: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Asok, Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18.00
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000-45,000 THB/ Month
