Job Description
Job Responsibilities Costing section - Determine standard cost, investigate variances against actual costs, manage cost & inventory transactions of day-to-day and month-end closing. - Analyze cost variances with analytical recommendation for further enhancement - Manage cost and inventory for month-end closing - Prepare standard cost calculation and provide detailed analysis - Update new Standard Cost calculation in ERP system - Prepare reconciliation of Sales, Cost and Inventory - Closely monitor the costing and inventory of warehouse, branches and project sites - Prepare monthly Cost & Inventory Analysis report - Conduct Inventory Physical check and cycle count - To assist company’s yearly budgeting - Support document and report for yearly Auditor Fixed Asset - Create and control for Fixed Asset - Ensure that all Fixed Asset and related transactions are correctly and completely recorded in proper period - Review the proper of all information related to Fixed Asset - Review Fixed Asset movement and CAPEX report - Monitor and process for Fixed Assets with Fully depreciation - To be lead for controlling Fixed Assets and physical count ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ส่วนการคิดต้นทุน - กำหนดต้นทุนมาตรฐาน ตรวจสอบความแปรปรวนกับต้นทุนจริง จัดการธุรกรรมต้นทุนและสินค้าคงคลังในการปิดบัญชีแบบวันต่อวันและสิ้นเดือน - วิเคราะห์ผลต่างต้นทุนพร้อมคำแนะนำเชิงวิเคราะห์เพื่อการปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติม - บริหารจัดการต้นทุนและสินค้าคงคลังเพื่อการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน - จัดทำการคำนวณต้นทุนมาตรฐานและจัดทำการวิเคราะห์โดยละเอียด - อัปเดตการคำนวณต้นทุนมาตรฐานใหม่ในระบบ ERP - จัดทำการกระทบยอดยอดขาย ต้นทุน และสินค้าคงคลัง - ติดตามการคิดต้นทุนและสินค้าคงคลังของคลังสินค้า สาขา และที่ตั้งโครงการอย่างใกล้ชิด - จัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและสินค้าคงคลังประจำเดือน - ดำเนินการตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลังและนับรอบ - เพื่อช่วยจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปีของบริษัท - เอกสารประกอบและรายงานสำหรับผู้ตรวจสอบประจำปี สินทรัพย์ถาวร - สร้างและควบคุมสินทรัพย์ถาวร - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสินทรัพย์ถาวรและรายการที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดได้รับการบันทึกอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วนภายในระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม - ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินทรัพย์ถาวร - ตรวจสอบความเคลื่อนไหวของสินทรัพย์ถาวรและรายงาน CAPEX - ติดตามและประมวลผลสินทรัพย์ถาวรที่คิดค่าเสื่อมราคาเต็มจำนวน - เป็นผู้นำในการควบคุมสินทรัพย์ถาวรและการนับทางกายภาพ
