Costing Accountant (25K–35K) (SDG-105257) นักบัญชีฝ่ายต้นทุน <Job responsibilities> 1. Handle Monthly Report (Program Statement, E-mail Data of Monthly according to Financial Manager's requirement) 2. Create the new receivable Accounts, and handle for the Account Receivable Report 3. Prepare board's meeting report 4. Report on Export Sales, Program Statement, Balance Sheet for Paper group included Contribution & Sales report for marketing division 5. Asset System (Record for selling, Cut, Receive, label Asset number, transfer AUC, Receive RMA, Create Asset, Run depreciation), Compute Fixed asset 6. Post account in order (Receiving – Expense), check the budget 7. Check and review payment voucher 8. Reconcile bank statement and checking petty cash 9. Receive (tax invoice for electricity bill, issue the Bill ,and record the receive) 10. Pay (record the expense, pay to Trade account payable, record list for cheque paying, import duty) 11. Record Accrued, and Deliver VAT, and record loan 12. Compute Expense for claim and record Credit Note 13. Key in of WIP, audit , follow up 14. Comply with company's regulation, productive activity, and another task assigned by a manager <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> 1. จัดการรายงานประจำเดือน (Program Statement, E-mail Data of Monthly ตามข้อกำหนดของ Financial Manager) 2. สร้างบัญชีลูกหนี้ใหม่และจัดการรายงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ 3.จัดทำรายงานการประชุมคณะกรรมการ 4. รายงานการส่งออก, งบโครงการ, งบดุลสำหรับกลุ่มกระดาษรวมรายงานการบริจาคและการขายสำหรับ แผนกการตลาด 5. ระบบสินทรัพย์ (บันทึกการขาย ตัด รับ ป้ายเลขที่สินทรัพย์ โอน AUC รับ RMA สร้างสินทรัพย์ ดำเนินการ ค่าเสื่อมราคา) คำนวณสินทรัพย์ถาวร 6. ลงบัญชีตามลำดับ (รายรับ-รายจ่าย) ตรวจสอบงบประมาณ 7. ตรวจสอบและตรวจทานใบสำคัญการชำระเงิน 8. กระทบยอด Bank Statement และเช็คเงินสดย่อย 9. รับ (ใบกำกับภาษีบิลค่าไฟฟ้า ออกบิล และบันทึกการรับ) 10. ชำระเงิน (บันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย, จ่ายให้กับเจ้าหนี้การค้า, รายการบันทึกการจ่ายเช็ค, อากรขาเข้า) 11. บันทึกค้างจ่าย และนำส่งภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และบันทึกสินเชื่อ 12. คำนวณค่าใช้จ่ายในการเรียกร้องและบันทึกใบลดหนี้ 13. คีย์ข้อมูล WIP, ตรวจสอบ, ติดตามผล 14. ปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับของบริษัท กิจกรรมการผลิต และงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
