<Job Responsibilities> Mission: Manage subordinates and ensure quality of estimation of equipment and construction work - In charge of comparison studies based on suppliers Quotations - Expedite vendor and review vendor proposal - Review layouts, P&ID, specifications, datasheets, etc. - Carry on the project based on clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering - Floating inquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers - Negotiating with suppliers on technical issue - Responsible for pricing of mechanical / plumbing systems - Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires - Take off BOQ and prepare RFQ - Site survey(Once per two months) - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/Female , age 40-50 years old - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or related field - Conversational level of English especially Reading skill(TOEIC 500 up) - At least 15 years’ experience as cost engineer or estimate engineer or process engineer or mechanical engineer or Plant engineer in Plant engineering company - At least 3 years of management experience as cost engineer and experience in estimation work for EPC project of chemical plant, Food plant, power plant, biomass plant - Knowledge of Auto CAD, P&ID drawing work, tank and vessel skeleton and piping layout for estimation <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in projects related to Japanese company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng ,Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–80,000THB About the company Products: Consulting, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Maintenance Business Type: Construction / Home Building;Machinery / Equipment / Plants

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> ภารกิจ: จัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของการประมาณอุปกรณ์และงานก่อสร้าง - รับผิดชอบการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบตามใบเสนอราคาของซัพพลายเออร์ - เร่งหาผู้ขายและตรวจสอบข้อเสนอของผู้ขาย - ตรวจสอบเค้าโครง P&ID ข้อกำหนดเอกสารข้อมูล ฯลฯ - ดำเนินโครงการตามข้อ จำกัด ด้านงบประมาณของลูกค้าสำหรับโครงการใด ๆ โดยดำเนินการด้านวิศวกรรมคุณค่า - สอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมกับซัพพลายเออร์ / ผู้ผลิต - เจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาทางเทคนิค - รับผิดชอบการกำหนดราคาระบบเครื่องกล / ประปา - จัดทำเอกสาร Pre-Qualification ทั้งมาตรฐานและแบบสอบถามเฉพาะโครงการ - ถอด BOQ และเตรียม RFQ - การสำรวจไซต์ (หนึ่งครั้งต่อสองเดือน) - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 40-50 ปี - ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลหรือเคมีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ระดับสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษโดยเฉพาะทักษะการอ่าน (TOEIC 500 ขึ้นไป) - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 15 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรต้นทุนหรือวิศวกรประมาณการหรือวิศวกรกระบวนการหรือวิศวกรเครื่องกลหรือวิศวกรโรงงานใน บริษัท วิศวกรรมโรงงาน - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรต้นทุนและมีประสบการณ์ในงานประมาณราคาโครงการ EPC ของโรงงานเคมีโรงงานอาหารโรงไฟฟ้าโรงงานชีวมวล - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Auto CAD, งานเขียนแบบ P&ID, โครงกระดูกถังและเรือและโครงร่างท่อสำหรับการประมาณราคา <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์ในโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น ทักษะภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS ศาลาแดงกรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8: 30-17: 00 น.
