Cost Engineer (Chemical Plants) (25K–33K) (SDG-84111) วิศวกรต้นทุน (โรงงานเคมี) <Job Responsibilities> Mission: estimation of equipment and construction work ●In charge of comparison studies based on suppliers Quotations ●Expedite vendor and review vendor proposal ●Review layouts, P&ID, specifications, datasheets, etc. ・Carry on the project based on clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering ・Design and prepare specification, proposal, and other documents ・Floating inquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers ・Negotiating with suppliers on technical issue ・Responsible for pricing of mechanical / plumbing systems ・Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires ・Take off BOQ and prepare RFQ ・Site survey (Once per two months / below 5 times per year) *Company car with driver is provide, mostly day trip <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering - 2 years experience as Cost Engineer or related Engineer field - Experience in construction work estimation (Piping, Civil, Installation etc) - Knowledge of tank and vessel skeleton, equipment data sheet and piping layout for estimation - Auto CAD skill - Good command of English (communicate with JP report line, oversea vendor/ supplier <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience related to Chemical plant, EPC project. - Drawing P&ID and Layout - Knowledge in international standards (TIS, ASME, JIS, etc.) Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: None) :Currently work at office 2 days, Work from home 3 days) About the Benefits 25,000–33,500THB About the company Product & Service: Plant construction, Engineering Procurement and Construction Business Type: Construction / Home Building; Machinery / Equipment / Plants

วิศวกรต้นทุน (โรงงานเคมี) (25K–33K) (SDG-84111) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> ภารกิจ: ประมาณราคาครุภัณฑ์และงานก่อสร้าง ● รับผิดชอบการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบตามใบเสนอราคาซัพพลายเออร์ ● เร่งรัดผู้ขายและตรวจสอบข้อเสนอของผู้ขาย ● ตรวจสอบรูปแบบ P&ID ข้อกำหนด เอกสารข้อมูล ฯลฯ ・ดำเนินโครงการตามข้อจำกัดด้านงบประมาณของลูกค้าสำหรับโครงการเฉพาะใดๆ ดำเนินวิศวกรรมคุณค่า ・ออกแบบและจัดทำข้อกำหนด ข้อเสนอ และเอกสารอื่นๆ ・การสอบถามข้อมูลแบบลอยตัวไปยังซัพพลายเออร์ / ผู้ผลิต ・เจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาทางเทคนิค ・รับผิดชอบการกำหนดราคาของระบบเครื่องกล / ระบบประปา ・จัดทำเอกสาร Pre-Qualification ทั้งสองมาตรฐานและแบบสอบถามเฉพาะโครงการ ・ถอด BOQ และเตรียม RFQ ・การสำรวจสถานที่ (หนึ่งครั้งต่อสองเดือน / ต่ำกว่า 5 ครั้งต่อปี) *มีรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับให้ ส่วนใหญ่เป็น day trip <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 24 - 35 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาเคมี หรือวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล - ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีในตำแหน่ง Cost Engineer หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ด้านประมาณงานก่อสร้าง (งานวางท่อ งานโยธา งานติดตั้ง ฯลฯ) - ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโครงกระดูกถังและเรือ เอกสารข้อมูลอุปกรณ์และการวางผังท่อเพื่อการประมาณค่า - ทักษะ Auto CAD - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับสายรายงาน JP, ผู้ขาย/ซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับโรงงานเคมี โครงการ EPC - การวาด P&ID และเค้าโครง - มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานสากล (มอก. ASME JIS ฯลฯ) ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน BTS ศาลาแดง เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:00 น.
