Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Record goods received into the system. - Follow up on all necessary supporting documents to ensure accurate and complete data entry. - Calculate the cost of new products and regularly update product cost information. - Conduct monthly stock checks for finished goods and raw materials, and prepare inventory reports at month-end. - Verify receiving and issuing documents related to warehouse transactions. - Collaborate with supervisors to prepare monthly inventory balance reports. - Review tax invoices related to product costs and organize cost documents received each month. - Reconcile cost accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards. - Perform monthly cost closing within the required timeline. - Inspect and handle the purchasing of office supplies and stationery. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - At least 1 year of experience in cost accounting or inventory accounting in a trading company or a manufacturing company - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Good communication and coordination skills - Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines - Conversational Middle level of English (To use with email and documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience with a Japanese company - Have experience using ERP accounting systems
