Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To perform cost calculations to determine product and manufacturing costs - To ensure accuracy for financial analysis and decision-making - To prepare financial planning on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly basis - To review, analyze, and discuss financial results with Japanese management - To create financial and progress reports by monitoring performance and summarizing results - To handle fixed asset transactions, registration, transfer, disposal, and depreciation - To conduct physical verification of fixed assets to reconcile with accounting records - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Costing, or related field - At least 1 year of experience in Accounting or Cost Accounting from any Manufacturing - Fresh Graduates with a Cost Accounting Internship are welcome - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate and report with the Japanese Manager about the accounting-related) - Experience in preparing financial planning, analysis, fixed asset, and creating reports - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel for Costing and reporting - Able to join immediately <In Details> - Easily adapt to changes - Work well under pressure - Good attitude and positive thinking <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in an Electronic or Automotive Manufacturing
