Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Monitor inventory counts to ensure alignment with the monthly counting plan. - Ensure accuracy in reconciling discrepancies in counted items or figures from site confirmations with accounting records before adjusting the accounts. - Verify records of product receipts and dispatches related to production. - Review and control Run Month End to separate standard costs from variances. - Review Bill of Materials (BOM) and revise them to closely actual costs. - Verify accounting entries from Run Month End. - Reconcile GL with the stock report. - Review and check quantities and values of inventory for cost calculation. - Review and check production cost-related expenses collected. - Verify the allocation of expenses to products produced in the period. - Verify the accuracy of calculated costs and accounting entries. - Prepare reports on production costs, cost of sales, and standard costs. - Analyze cost data to reflect reality.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in cost accounting in manufacturing. - At least 5+ years of working experience in the manufacturing (Prefer food, and beverage industries) - At least 5+ years of management experience(Manager Level) - Knowledge of BOM(Bill of Materials) - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Ability to work under pressure. - Have working experience in the Audit field - Have working experience in a Public Company - SAP B1 - Experience from the Sugar Manufacturing company.
