Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop cosmetic formulations under the direction of the Lab Manager - Formulate and analyze cosmetics based on customer requests and market trends - Provide support for customer formulation issues and conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops on our silicone products - In addition to Thailand, support for the ASEAN region and India will be expanded in the future, which may involve occasional business trips - Participate in annual cosmetic formulation training in Japan (approx. 1 week) to enhance knowledge and skills - Monthly Report - Keep the good communication and relations with customers - Other assigned task by the manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science or Pharmaceutical Science, related field. - At least 3 years of experience as R&D in the chemical industry. - English conversational high level (Communication with Japanese manager, client, and documents/ e-mail.) - Skill for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and Outlook - Driving license <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in cosmetic formulation design or the cosmetic industry preferred. - Having experience of rubber/resin/plastic (especially silicone products) - Basic Knowledge in Silicones Industries
