<Job Responsibilities> ● Business Development - Identify and approach potential corporate clients through research, networking, email, and calling for visiting. - Develop strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets. ● Sales & Negotiation - Present and promote tour packages tailored to corporate needs. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. ● Customer Relationship Management - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate customers. - Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. - Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service. ● Market Intelligence - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Provide feedback to management for product and service improvement.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales (B2B) and Corporate Account Management from the travel industry. - Must have experience in approaching new corporate clients (B2B) and travel agencies - Knowledge of visa processes, travel regulations, and destination highlights - Experience in coordinating with airlines, hotels, and local suppliers - Conversational high in English for communicating with customers, the report line, and making the documents <Details> - Must have strong sales skills and negotiation skills, especially in B2B and corporate environments - Ability to develop customized tour packages for outbound markets - Able to work under pressure and be flexible <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to start working immediately <Competencies> - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term relationships. - Goal-driven and proactive in seeking new opportunities. - Adaptability to fast-paced and competitive environments. - Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
