Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support project management tasks to achieve organizational goals, including document preparation, translation, and interpretation between Thai and Japanese staff. - Assist in planning, strategizing, and analyzing key business management indicators. - Develop and implement strategic business plans to support the company’s objectives. - Manage and control budgeting processes, including review, adjustment, and monitoring of cash flow to align with financial targets. - Handle fixed asset management, ensuring proper monitoring, updating, and utilization of company equipment and assets. - Manage and oversee internal approval regulations and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and related laws (including policies set by the Japanese headquarters). - Conduct market research and internal reporting to provide valuable customer behaviour insights, market trends, and competitive analysis for strategic decision-making. - Support and organize corporate governance meetings such as shareholder meetings, board meetings, and other related committees.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. - At least 2 years of experience in business development, corporate planning, and business management. - Knowledge or interest in finance - Conversational High level in Japanese (N1 is a must) use for communicating with Japanese and do the report - Conversational Middle level in English, mostly use for document - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Has knowledge of Project Management and Accounting is a plus - Candidates from the banking or loan industry are highly preferred. - Can Join Immediately <Personality> - Eager to learn, hands-on, proactive, polite, and good communication skills.
