<Job Responsibilities> - Strategic Planning/Support : Assist in or lead the development of strategic planning,management frameworks,and KPI analysis. - Operational Management : Coordinate with senior management to execute department objectives and ensure alignment with overarching business goals. - Administrative and Support: Facilitate team productivity through documentation and provide professional translation and interpretation for cross-functional communication. - Process Optimization & Business Improvement: Identifying operational bottlenecks and lead specialized projects to improve departmental or group-wide efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. - At least 2 years of experience in business development, corporate planning, and business management. - Knowledge or interest in finance - Conversational High level in Japanese (N1 is a must) use for communicating with Japanese and do the report - Conversational Middle level in English, mostly use for document - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. - A genuine passion for Business Development and Strategic Management. - Ability to process conplex information and provide logical solutions (Analytical Thinking). - A strong commitment to upholding corporate philosophy and a mindset aligned with the company's core values. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Foundational knowledge of Project Management and Accounting principles is highly desirable. - Candidates from the banking or loan industry are highly preferred. - Can Join Immediately <Personality> - Eager to learn, hands-on, proactive, polite, and good communication skills.
