Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [Main task] 1. Corporate Planning & Business Performance - Support the development of annual business plans, budgets, and business strategies. - Prepare monthly management reports, business performance reports, and executive dashboards. - Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs. - Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to management. - Prepare forecasts and business performance analysis for management and Japan Headquarters. - Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate business data. - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes. 2. Finance & Accounting Administration - Issue invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and monitor customer payments. - Prepare accounting documents including payment vouchers and expense records. - Manage petty cash and coordinate payment processing. - Assist with monthly accounting closing and financial reporting. - Prepare monthly expense reports and budget tracking. - Coordinate with external accounting firms and auditors. - Support tax documentation including VAT, Withholding Tax, Social Security, and PND filings. 3. Corporate Administration - Manage company documentation and administrative operations. - Coordinate meetings, schedules, and executive administrative support. - Maintain corporate registrations, licenses, and legal documents. - Support visa, work permit, and BOI documentation. - Coordinate with government authorities and external partners. - Monitor office expenses and administrative budgets. HR Administration - Maintain employee records and HR documentation. - Support payroll preparation. - Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding. - Assist with employee benefits and HR administration. 5. Sales & Business Support - Support the Sales team with business reports and customer performance analysis. - Conduct market research on Thailand and overseas markets. - Prepare presentations, proposals, and business reports. - Support special projects assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Business Planning.or any position that includes responsibilities in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or Business Analysis. - Conversation Middle in English (Mainly internal communication via email, documents and meeting) - Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business presentations. - Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, Power Query, XLOOKUP, Financial Analysis). <Personality> - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data. - Excellent organizational and project coordination skills. - Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Good communication skills in both Thai and English. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Holding TOEIC score - Early join candidate
