Job Description
<Job responsibilities>
- Draft/review/amend any legal documents such as contracts/legal reports
- Conduct legal research using various online databases, legal treatises, and other relevant sources.
- Answer questions from co-workers, clients, or management team regarding legal information or any issues
- Analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal documents to identify relevant precedents and legal arguments.
- Summarize research findings in clear, concise, and well-organized reports.
- Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with authorities
- Stay updated on legal developments in relevant areas of law.
- Maintain accurate records of research findings and sources.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure timely and accurate research support.
- Support the management team as a legal specialist
- Other legal tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from Faculty of Law
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Lawyer in a law firm or legal department in corporate company
- Experience in legal/law research
- Conversation high level in English for communication with Japanese Managing Directors, Japanese customers and writing legal documents
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have Lawyer License will be an advantage
