Corporate Lawyer (30K-70K) (SDG-39113) <Job Responsibilities> Stay updated with the information related to the laws and legal processes. Advise the company’s management on the ways to avoid legal issues from arising. Needs to consult various sources and prepare the policy papers. Required to offer legal interpretation service to the company’s management on different factors on the present laws and regulatory needs. Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities Advising the CEO and other senior corporate officers on a variety of issues Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements. Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 24-45 years old Bachelor degree in Law New graduate are welcome Have experience in law field for cooperate.
